
Meet Our Co-Founder & Chef Instructor: Annabel Cohen
Chef Annabel is an instructor and co-founder with Roanna Canete at the Gluten Free Culinary School. She studied French Pastry at one of France’s top culinary schools, after which she went on to be the head pastry chef at two of LA’s most famed hotels: Chateau Marmont and Sunset Tower Hotel. For years, she was the pastry chef behind Oscars, Grammy, Golden Globe, and Emmy Award parties. Now, she brings all this knowledge and experience to The Gluten Free Culinary school.Â
She is dedicated to teaching students the basics of gluten-free baking for retail establishments, by breaking down recipes into simple, easy to follow steps. She believes that anyone can learn to bake gluten-free, regardless of their skill level. Her classes are designed to help students master the basics of gluten-free cooking and baking, and then go on to use their skills in a professional kitchen.
